Restoring Health and Vitality is like a journey with a clear goal:

But, society is complex and we are: partner of...., parent of..., caregiver, employee, entrepreneur, boss, student, scholar, etc.
The stress we experience in it comes at the expense of vitality
If you then fall ill, going to doctors, hospital or therapists is time- and energy-consuming
GPs used to work differently than they do now: you have about 15 minutes for the consultation, one complaint is heard in it and then individual organ(systems) are looked at quite technically
In addition, people quite often feel that in their experience you are not listened to properly and/or that as a patient you do not feel heard, let alone acknowledged
I try to help these hardworking colleagues by taking more time at my desk, looking at your condition and situation from multiple angles and talking about it
